Yes, you can start taking Isis Phase 1 ( 2 capsule a day) even if you don't have your periods. Isis Phase 1 can support the hormonal cycle, and it may be beneficial during a period of amenorrhea. However, it is always advisable to consult with your healthcare professional before starting any dietary supplement, especially if you have specific concerns.

If you have regular cycle you can start taking Isis Phase 1 on the first day of your period until ovulation Isis Phase 1 should be started on Day 1 of your cycle (the first day of your period) and stopped on the day or the day after ovulation. Ovulation is the phase in the female cycle when an ovary releases an egg ready to be fertilized in the woman's body.

Several signs can help identify ovulation symptoms and the period during which it occurs: a slight pain or heaviness in the lower abdomen, a pinching sensation on the right or left side, a slight tension in the breasts, cervical mucus (vaginal discharge) that is clear, stretchy, similar to egg whites, and a decrease in basal temperature followed by a slight increase the next morning upon waking.
