30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product and you did not opened it , you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a store credit. Simply notify us of your intent to return the product within this timeframe.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Exclusions:

• All discounted products, promotions, subscriptions, or limited items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
• Only one exchange is offered per order.
• After 30 days from the date of purchase, orders are no longer eligible for return under this policy.

International Returns: For international returns, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to our warehouse. Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, store credit will be issued for the retail value of the item.

Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged, please take a picture of the damaged goods and email it to contact@imaneharmonie.com . We will provide a prepaid return label to send the damaged product back to us and arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
