How to take

Instructions : Luminaissance:

Usage: Mix 3 grams of powder into a cool or room temperature beverage. It is preferable to take this supplement in the morning during breakfast.

    When can I take this supplement?

    These two supplements can be started at any time during the cycle and must be taken continuously for at least 3 months. It is not necessary to stop taking the supplements during your period.
    Luminaissance should be taken in the morning with a large glass of water - one level spoonful (supplied in the jar) and venus can be taken in the morning or evening (3 capsules in one dose).

    How your supplements work for better health

    Vénus is formulated with patented active ingredients: turmeric extract (curcumin Phytosome®) and digezyme (DigeZyme®) to help reduce acne and prevent future breakouts. It contains L-Glutamine, which helps reduce excess sebum and unclog pores, and N-Acetyloysterin, which helps kill acne-causing bacteria.
    With regular use of Venus, you can start to see a significant improvement in the appearance of your skin. 

It also helps reduce the inflammation and redness associated with acne, which can make your skin softer, clearer and more radiant.

    Luminaissance: A formula that goes one step further with Nac (N-Acetyl Cysteine) and Vitamin C.

    N-Acetyl Cysteine is an essential but little-known product. A study published in March 2020 in Gynecological Endocrinology Volume 36, 2020 shows that it significantly reduces BMI and total testosterone.

    Moral balance: The menstrual cycle affects not only the body, but also the mood. Vitamin B6 helps to balance hormones.

    J'ai commencé ma cure il y a peine un mois et j'observe déjà une nette amélioration de ma peau. Elle est plus lisse et je n'ai plus les gros boutons purulents d'acné. (Je précise que j'ai 31 ans)
    Avant, même en dehors des règles et en faisant des efforts avec le sucre, j'avais des gros boutons.
    Couplé avec une meilleure hygiène alimentaire, une skincare adapté a mon type de peau et un peu de sport, c'est vraiment efficace !
    Je recommande les yeux fermés ;)

    I started my treatment just a month ago and I already notice a significant improvement in my skin. It is smoother and I no longer have large purulent acne pimples. (I specify that I am 31 years old) Before, even outside of my periods and making efforts with sugar, I had big pimples. Coupled with better eating habits, skincare adapted to my skin type and a little sport, it's really effective! I recommend with my eyes closed ;)
