    How to take

    Instructions : Usage: Take 3 capsules per day, starting just after ovulation to support the luteal phase. It is preferable to take the capsules throughout the day, one with each meal. However, you can take all 3 capsules at once with food if that is more convenient. Use for at least 1 to 3 months before expecting a significant change.

      When can I take this supplement?

      Isis Phase 2 ( 3 capsules a day ) should be started the day after ovulation. Ovulation is the moment in the female cycle when an ovary releases an egg ready to be fertilized in the woman's body. Several signs help identify ovulation symptoms and the period in which it occurs: a slight pain or heaviness in the lower abdomen, a pinch on the right or left, a slight tension in the breasts, transparent and stringy cervical mucus (vaginal discharge), similar to egg whites, a drop in basal temperature followed by a slight increase the next morning upon waking up. Ovulation can also be detected using ovulation tests (also available on our website).
